Overview
Sales Accounting
Define a register with an explicit one-line row scope. Use when choosing how invoices and their line items fit a sales register.
What it does
Sales Accounting recommends the smallest useful setup, then builds requested artifacts. It defines a single-table register whose row contains one invoice and one line item.
When to use - and when NOT to
Use it when establishing that register. It is not a multi-line billing engine. For an invoice with several items, decide whether to repeat its Invoice Number across rows or keep items in a separate line table.
Inputs and outputs
Choose the multi-line representation during clarification according to the business need; do not assume it. The default deliverable is a short recommendation. Requested CSV, SQL DDL, JSON Schema and Notion mappings derive from one field list so their definitions agree.
Integrations
Notion mapping is an output format. No automatic billing or accounting-system posting is specified.
Source README
Works out the smallest useful Sales Accounting setup for the business in front of it, then
builds it only when asked. The default output is a short recommendation, not a
spreadsheet. Artifacts - CSV, SQL DDL, JSON Schema, Notion mapping - are produced on
request, from one field list so they cannot drift apart.
Scope of one row. This is a single-table skill and one row is one invoice carrying
one line item. It is deliberately not a multi-line billing engine. An invoice with
several items either becomes several rows that repeat the same Invoice Number, or is
kept in a separate line table alongside this one - whichever the business actually needs.
Decide that in Step 2, do not assume it.
