Overview
Petty Cash Management
Defines petty-cash count records that distinguish register totals from physical money. Requested artifacts share one field list. Use when a petty-cash template needs separate replenishment, payment, register-balance and physical-count fields.
What it does
Petty Cash Management recommends the smallest useful petty-cash setup for a business. The default deliverable is a short recommendation, with a build performed only when requested.
The cash identity is computed on a Count entry row rather than on a payment row. Cash In holds the period's replenishment, and Cash Out holds its payments. Running Cash Balance is the closing balance according to the register. Physical Count represents the money actually in the box. These fields keep the register balance and the physical count distinct in the record design.
Inputs and outputs
Requested artifacts include CSV, SQL DDL, JSON Schema and Notion mappings. They are produced from one field list so their definitions do not drift across formats.

Works out the smallest useful Petty Cash Management setup for the business in front of it, then
builds it only when asked. The default output is a short recommendation, not a
spreadsheet. Artifacts - CSV, SQL DDL, JSON Schema, Notion mapping - are produced on
request, from one field list so they cannot drift apart.
The identity is computed on a Count entry row, not on a payment row: Cash In andCash Out hold the period's replenishment and payments, Running Cash Balance is the
closing balance per the register, and Physical Count is the money actually in the box.
