Optimize Odoo Inventory Configuration and Operations

Serial-number tracking at the individual unit level adds significant UI overhead at scale, so test performance with large volumes before enabling it. Automated inventory valuation also requires the Accounting module - Community Edition installations without it cannot post stock journal entries.
