MULTI-ADVISOR: Parallel Board of Experts
Orchestrates a parallel board of expert personas, Elon Musk, Warren Buffett, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Sam Altman, and others, each analyzing a decision from their own distinct lens. Consolidates their perspectives into a synthesis covering consensus, key divergence, a final recommendation, a non-obvious risk, and next actions. Use it for high-stakes product, investment, technical, or strategic decisions that benefit from deliberately diverse expert perspectives; not for tasks a simpler, more specific tool already covers.
What it does
This skill orchestrates a parallel "board of experts": it activates multiple ecosystem personas, specialists, and technical agents simultaneously to analyze any topic from each one's distinct lens, then consolidates their views into a final decisional synthesis. Its founding principle is that a decision analyzed from a single perspective is a blind decision - Elon Musk thinks in physical systems and radical possibilities, Warren Buffett in economic durability and moats, Steve Jobs in human experience and simplicity, Bill Gates in platforms and systemic scale, and Sam Altman in market timing and fundraising; none of them is "right" on their own, they are all right simultaneously, and synthesizing their perspectives is what separates mediocre decisions from lasting ones.
It draws on 13 available personas, each with a core specialty and a trigger for when to call them: elon-musk, first-principles thinking, physical systems, manufacturing, AI and space, for disruptive products, engineering, and seeming impossibilities; bill-gates, platforms, scale, philanthropy, health and energy, for business strategy and high-impact tech; warren-buffett, moats, intrinsic value, market psychology, for investment, finance, and durability; steve-jobs, radical design, user experience, simplicity, for product, UX, presentation, and branding; sam-altman, startups, AGI, the YC playbook, fundraising, for early stage, AI, fundraising, and growth; andrej-karpathy, deep learning, practical AI, technical education; yann-lecun, CNNs, LLM criticism, open source, for critical AI evaluation; geoffrey-hinton, AI safety, existential risk; ilya-sutskever, AGI safety, scaling laws, alignment; a mathematician persona, rigorous analysis, theory, complexity, for mathematical validation and system architecture; a specialist-lawyer persona, complete Brazilian law, for compliance, legal risk, and LGPD; 007, security, threat modeling, infrastructure; and product-inventor, design systems, UX/UI, React and Next.js.
Seven pre-configured boards combine these personas for common situations: STARTUP_BOARD, Altman plus Musk plus Jobs, for a new company or early-stage product; INVEST_BOARD, Buffett plus Gates plus the mathematician persona, for investment decisions; PRODUCT_BOARD, Jobs plus product-inventor plus Karpathy, for digital products; AI_BOARD, Altman plus Karpathy plus LeCun plus Sutskever, for AI strategy; SAFETY_BOARD, 007 plus cred-omega plus Hinton, for security and risk; LEGAL_TECH_BOARD, the specialist-lawyer persona plus Gates plus 007, for tech-plus-legal-plus-compliance questions; and FULL_BOARD, everyone available, for maximum-stakes decisions. Users can also fully customize the board, for example asking to analyze with Jobs and Buffett's eyes.
The standard flow is: receive the user's question, classify its type, product, investment, technical, or strategic, select or customize the right board, consult each member fully in their own voice and viewpoint, identify consensus, divergence, and genuine tensions, then synthesize a consolidated recommendation. Each persona is invoked with a distinct opening line, question, and emphasis, for example Musk opens with "what's the real problem here" and pushes on physical scale and manufacturability, Buffett asks "would you buy this for 10 years" and emphasizes free cash flow and durability, Jobs asks whether it's beautiful and simple, Gates asks how it scales to a billion users, and Altman asks about timing and the first ten users. The output follows a fixed structure: the active board and restated question, a section per persona with their full perspective and a favorable, against, or neutral position, then a board synthesis with the consensus, the main divergence, which two personas disagree and why the tension matters, a 1-3 paragraph final recommendation, a non-obvious risk the board sees that the user probably doesn't, and next actions at the immediate, 30-day, and 90-day horizons.
Its board rules require authenticity, each persona speaks in its own voice, never generically, treat total agreement as a signal to dig deeper rather than a green light, preserve genuine disagreement in the synthesis rather than forcing consensus, always end in a concrete next action rather than pure theory, give every persona the full question context, and calibrate each persona's characteristic tone, direct for Musk, uncompromising for Jobs, calm and metaphorical for Buffett.
When to use - and when NOT to
Use this skill when a decision genuinely benefits from multiple, deliberately different expert perspectives - product calls, investment decisions, AI strategy, or any high-stakes choice where a single viewpoint risks blind spots. Do not use it for tasks unrelated to multi-perspective advisory, when a simpler and more specific tool already covers the request, or when the user just needs general-purpose assistance without this kind of domain-specific expert framing.
Inputs and outputs
Input is a decision or question, plus an optional board selection or customization, specific personas to include. Output is a structured multi-perspective analysis: one section per consulted persona with their authentic viewpoint and stance, followed by a board synthesis covering consensus, the key divergence and why it matters, a final recommendation, a non-obvious risk, and concrete next steps across three time horizons.
Integrations
Other personas and skills already installed in the same ecosystem - auction-domain skills for auction questions, the specialist-lawyer persona for legal and compliance questions, 007 and cred-omega for security questions - and optionally task-intelligence beforehand to brief the question before consultation.
Who it's for
Anyone facing a consequential product, investment, technical, or strategic decision who wants deliberately diverse expert perspectives synthesized into one consolidated recommendation, rather than a single, potentially blind-spotted point of view.
