Overview
Logo & Image Design
Plans a logo and imagery register that keeps asset types and rights beside each file. It recommends a minimal asset set and builds requested export formats from one field list. Use it when branding files need licence, rights-owner and trademark-status records.
What it does
The skill recommends the smallest useful logo and imagery asset set for a business. It builds the set only when requested; the default is a short recommendation rather than a folder of files. An asset register can be delivered as CSV, SQL DDL, JSON Schema and a Notion mapping, all based on the same field list.
When to use - and when NOT to
Use it when branding files need their rights recorded alongside the assets. A logo mark and an image are different asset types, and an image should not be assumed free to use. The register keeps that distinction visible.
Inputs and outputs
Asset Type separates marks from imagery. Licence, Rights Owner and Trademark Status record rights on the same row as the file. These fields address risks such as discovering that a mark was already registered or that a stock-photo licence expired. The requested register keeps rights information connected to each asset rather than detached from its file.
Source README
Works out the smallest useful asset set for the business in front of it, then builds it only
when asked. The default output is a short recommendation, not a folder of files. The asset
register - CSV, SQL DDL, JSON Schema, Notion mapping - is produced on request, from one
field list so the four cannot drift apart.
The rule this table exists to enforce: a logo is not a picture, and a picture is not
free to use. Asset Type separates the mark from the imagery, and Licence,Rights Owner and Trademark Status exist because the expensive failure in branding is
not an ugly logo - it is a mark that was already registered, or a stock photo whose
licence expired, discovered two years later. Every asset carries its rights on the same row
as the file.
