Overview

Equibles: US Stock Market Data

What it does

Equibles serves data on US-listed companies drawn from SEC filings, company releases and earnings calls. The data includes full-text search over 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and other filings, XBRL financial statements, earnings call transcripts, Form 4 insider transactions, 13F institutional holdings, congressional trades, short interest and end-of-day prices. Search results and statement lines carry the filing date and the document they came from, so answers can cite their source.

When to use - and when NOT to

The skill covers when to use which access route, the filing search and read workflow, statements, insider and 13F data, transcripts, and the plan limits.

Integrations

The same data is available through a hosted MCP server and a JSON REST API, and the skill covers both.

Who it's for

Analysts, researchers and developers who need citable answers about US-listed companies, such as what a filing says, how insiders traded or which institutions hold a stock.
