Overview

Professional Code of Conduct

This skill recommends the smallest useful conduct policy for a business. On request, it creates consistent acknowledgement and breach register templates that record steps and responsible people without recording conclusions about them. Use it when you need a conduct policy recommendation or a procedural register. Investigation, findings, sanctions and sign-off remain human decisions.

What it does

Code of Conduct recommends the smallest useful conduct policy for the business described by the user. The default result is a short recommendation. It builds the policy only when asked and produces an acknowledgement and breach register on request.

The register records that a procedural step happened and who performed it. It does not record a conclusion about a person. The skill never judges someone: investigation, findings, sanctions and sign-off are human decisions made under the business's own procedure and applicable law.

When to use - and when NOT to

Use it to discuss a minimal conduct policy or request an acknowledgement and breach register. It must not be used to decide guilt, impose sanctions or substitute for the humans responsible for the procedure. A recommendation does not automatically become a policy document.

Inputs and outputs

The input is the business context and an explicit request for the relevant build. Requested register outputs include CSV, SQL DDL, JSON Schema and a Notion mapping. All four derive from one field list so they remain consistent. Their purpose is to record procedural events and responsibility while leaving conclusions to the authorized human process.

Source README

Works out the smallest useful conduct policy for the business in front of it, then builds
it only when asked. The default output is a short recommendation, not a policy document. The
acknowledgement and breach register - CSV, SQL DDL, JSON Schema, Notion mapping - is
produced on request, from one field list so the four cannot drift apart.

The second rule, and the one that is not negotiable: a person is never judged by this
skill. Investigation, findings, sanctions and sign-off are human decisions made under the
business's own procedure and applicable law. The register records that a step happened and
who did it. It never records a conclusion.
