Analyze Health Data and Track Symptoms

Claude-Ally-Health is a personal health information system storing all data locally on the filesystem, with no cloud uploads or external database dependencies - operated entirely through Claude Code commands with no programming required. Its features include pure file-based storage, intelligent medical report image recognition (using GLM's mcp__4_5v_mcp__analyze_image for the image analysis itself), automatic extraction of biochemical test data and reference ranges, structured medical imaging data extraction, surgical history and implant management, structured discharge summary storage, a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) consultation system, 13 medical-specialist intelligent analysis modes, medical radiation dose tracking, intelligent drug interaction detection with a five-level severity warning system (A/B/C/D/X), and user profile management. The project is MIT-licensed, developed and maintained independently by WellAlly Tech, and is explicitly not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Anthropic or Claude.ai despite running on Claude Code.

Its drug interaction database supports checking interactions for a user's current medications, listing all interaction rules, and viewing absolute contraindication rules.

This system strictly follows explicit medical safety principles and does NOT: provide specific medication dosages, directly prescribe prescription drugs, predict life prognosis, or replace a doctor's diagnosis. All analysis reports are for reference only and must not be used as a basis for medical diagnosis - all medical decisions require consultation with a professional doctor, and any emergency requires immediate medical attention rather than reliance on this system.

Inputs: personal medical records (report images, test results, imaging data, surgical/implant history, discharge summaries) and current medication lists, all stored locally.

Outputs: extracted and structured health data, MDT-style multi-specialist analysis, drug interaction warnings with five-level severity (A/B/C/D/X), and radiation dose tracking - all kept as local files with no cloud sync, explicitly for reference only.

Claude Code (command-driven operation) via dedicated slash commands for each function - saving a report, querying records, managing the user profile, tracking radiation exposure, recording surgical history, managing discharge summaries and medications, checking drug interactions, and running a multi-specialist or single-specialist consultation - plus local filesystem storage only, no cloud services or external databases.
