Overview

360° Feedback System

This skill recommends a minimal 360-degree feedback setup before building it on request. CSV, SQL DDL, JSON Schema, and Notion mappings derive from one field reference. Use it when a business needs a feedback setup and wants to decide its scope before requesting templates.

What it does

360 Feedback System works out the smallest useful feedback setup for the business at hand. Its default deliverable is a short recommendation. Building a spreadsheet or other implementation artifact happens only when requested, keeping the initial decision focused on the setup itself.

The model separates three concerns. Response holds one row per feedback response and is the only tabular model. Scoring Configuration holds the scale, weights, treatment of missing or not-applicable answers, and rounding rules. Those choices remain configuration rather than columns repeated on every response.

Questions holds the question set and its version only when questions change between cycles. A question ID becomes a Response column after that requirement is confirmed, instead of being added automatically.

When to use - and when NOT to

Use the skill to select a business's feedback structure before commissioning its build. The default recommendation is appropriate when implementation has not yet been requested.

Inputs and outputs

The business context determines the proposed scope and any confirmed question-version requirement. Requested CSV, SQL DDL, JSON Schema, and Notion mappings derive from a shared Field Reference to keep their structures aligned. Templates are empty by default. The single illustrative row uses Example markers as shape placeholders rather than business data.

Source README

Works out the smallest useful 360° feedback setup for the business in front of it, then builds
it only when asked. The default output is a short recommendation, not a spreadsheet. CSV, SQL
DDL, JSON Schema and the Notion mapping are derived from the one Field Reference below, so they
cannot drift apart.

  • Response - one row per feedback response. The only model with a table in this skill.
  • Scoring Configuration - scale, weights, missing and not-applicable handling, rounding.
Configuration, never a column on the response row.
  • Questions - the question set and its version, held only when questions change between
cycles. A question ID is a column on Response only once that requirement is confirmed.

Artifacts are empty templates by default. The single illustrative row is a shape placeholder
carrying Example / -EXAMPLE- values, never business data.
