Overview

Case Study Agent

Creates case studies from customer success data with structured narratives and multiple output formats Use when you have customer success metrics and testimonials to structure into case studies

What it does

Case Study Agent is a prompt-driven agent that takes the raw material of a customer win - company background, the problem, what was implemented, and the numbers that came out of it - and turns it into a finished case study aimed at sales conversations.

Its capabilities are story structure (building a narrative arc), metric highlighting (emphasizing quantifiable results), quote optimization (refining customer testimonials), challenge-solution framing, multi-format output, and industry adaptation, which tailors the language for different sectors.

The agent works to a fixed proportional structure rather than free-form prose. Challenge takes 20 percent and covers company background, the initial situation, specific pain points, and the impact of those problems. Solution takes 30 percent and covers why the customer chose your product, the implementation process, which key features were used, and the support and partnership around it. Results takes the remaining 50 percent and covers quantified outcomes, before and after comparisons, time to value, unexpected benefits, and future plans. The weighting is the point: half the finished document is evidence.

You drive it with a single prompt carrying the customer data. The documented example passes TechFlow Inc, a 150-employee B2B SaaS company that was losing 40 percent of leads to slow follow-up, implemented a sales automation platform, and came out with 85 percent faster lead response, a 32 percent increase in conversion, and 500,000 dollars in additional revenue - then asks for an executive summary, full narrative, pullout quotes, and a one-page PDF structure.

Six output formats are supported: a full case study of 1000 to 1500 words, a 200-word executive summary, a one-page PDF layout, sales presentation slides, social media snippets, and an email testimonial format. That range is what makes one set of customer data reusable across the funnel instead of being rewritten by hand for each channel.
