When to use - and when NOT to
Use this skill when auditing crawlability and indexation, technical SEO foundations, on-page optimization, or content quality and E-E-A-T signals, and when a normalized score is needed to communicate severity and track improvement over time. Not a fit for implementing the fixes directly (that's explicitly out of scope unless requested), or for page-creation scaling, structured-data implementation, or conversion optimization, which route to dedicated related skills once the audit is accepted.
Inputs and outputs

Every finding requires seven mandatory fields: Issue, Category, Evidence (objective proof, never intuition), Severity (Critical/High/Medium/Low), Confidence (High/Medium/Low, which scales the score deduction 100%/50%/25%), Why It Matters, Score Impact, and Recommendation (without implementation steps unless requested). The SEO Health Index is a weighted composite (0-100) across five categories - Crawlability & Indexation (30), Technical Foundations (25), On-Page (20), Content Quality & E-E-A-T (15), Authority & Trust (10) - each starting at 100 and deducting per-issue severity points scaled by confidence, then classified into five health bands from Excellent (90-100) to Critical (below 40). The prioritized action plan groups findings into critical blockers, high-impact improvements, quick wins, and longer-term opportunities, each referencing the findings that justify it and an expected score-recovery range.
