When to use - and when NOT to

Use this skill when evaluating whether a programmatic SEO (pSEO) initiative is worth pursuing, designing a scaled page system (templates, data model, indexation rules), or assessing risk of doorway pages/index bloat/algorithmic suppression. If the mandatory Feasibility Index scores below 50, the recommendation is to not proceed and suggest alternatives instead. Not a fit for one-off editorial content or for page implementation itself (that's a separate explicit request).

Above 65, Phase 1 assesses business context (product, audience, funnel role, conversion goal), search opportunity (keyword pattern/variables, estimated page count, demand distribution, seasonality), and competitive landscape (who ranks now, editorial vs. programmatic nature of competitors).

Six non-negotiable core principles: page-level justification (every page must answer "why does this page deserve to exist separately?"), a data defensibility hierarchy (proprietary > product-derived > user-generated > licensed > public, with weaker data requiring stronger editorial value), URL/architecture discipline (subfolders, one page type per directory, no parameter-based duplication), intent completeness (fully satisfying informational/comparative/local/transactional intent), quality at scale (100 excellent pages beat 10,000 weak ones), and penalty/suppression avoidance (no doorway pages, auto-generated filler, near-duplicates, or no-value indexed pages).
