1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spark (spark.entire.vc), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Spark is an AI tools marketplace operated by Entire VC. Users can discover, download, publish, and purchase AI agents, skills, prompts, MCP connectors, and bundles.

3. User Accounts

  • You must authenticate through Entire VC SSO to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not create accounts for automated, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.

4. Content and Assets

  • Publishing: By publishing assets on Spark, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
  • Attribution: Third-party assets (e.g., from VibeBaza) are attributed to their original sources under their respective licenses (CC-BY-4.0).
  • Prohibited content: You may not publish assets that are malicious, infringe copyrights, or violate applicable laws.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

  • Paid assets are purchased using EVC Credits through the Entire VC Wallet.
  • Subscription plans (Free, Premium) provide different entitlement levels.
  • Refund policies are governed by the Entire VC Billing terms.

6. Ratings and Comments

  • Ratings require asset acquisition (download or purchase) to ensure authenticity.
  • Comments must be constructive and relevant. We reserve the right to moderate content.

7. Intellectual Property

Spark, its logo, and the platform design are property of Entire VC. User-published assets remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.

8. Limitation of Liability

Spark is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of AI tools obtained through the marketplace.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Entire VC is incorporated.
