README
Team Relay
Team Relay keeps Mesh Docs in sync with a Team Relay share, so the same documents can be edited from Obsidian and from Mesh.
What it does
- Connects a Mesh instance or workspace to a Team Relay server.
- Binds a project to a share: documents and attachments in that project sync both ways with the share.
- Reacts to document and attachment changes in Mesh and pushes them to the relay, and pulls changes made on the other side.
Where it is configured
The relay address and credentials can be set for the instance, per workspace or per project. The project level picks which share the project is bound to. Credentials are stored encrypted.
Permissions
Reads and writes docs and artifacts in the bound project, and listens to doc.updated and artifact.uploaded. Network access only to the relay address you configure.
Install
Team Relay is built into Mesh. Nothing to download on the Mesh side: turn it on in Extensions and point it at your relay. The relay server itself is self-hosted and available separately as EVC Team Relay. Updates to the extension ship with Mesh.
